Willy Luckett

Willy has built his career across some of the world’s most recognised productions, including Wicked, Saturday Night Fever, Starlight Express and many more. With a background spanning performance, direction/ choreography and live entertainment, he brings a cinematic, emotionally driven approach to creative leadership at Valuckett - combining storytelling, bold ideas and meticulous execution to create work that audiences remember.

Luis Rubén de Valadéz

Luis Ruben de Valadéz is an award-winning philanthropist, producer, and legal executive whose career spans law, private equity, and film/TV.

His early career in civic leadership included serving as a Co-Chair for the Human Rights Campaign and as a Director on the Board of Integral Care, where he oversaw the strategic allocation of more than $50 million in public health initiatives across Texas.

As well as serving alongside the Sovereign Order of Malta in Vatican City; a diplomatic body with more than 900 years of service to the sick and the poor.

A recognized thought leader and public speaker, Valadéz has addressed audiences in New York, Shanghai, Los Angeles, London, and Mexico City on themes ranging from public service and impact investment to global storytelling.

His work has earned him honors such as the American Legion Award, the U.S. President’s Award for Academic Excellence, and the Human Rights Campaign Award for Outstanding Steering Committee.
